1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across Kampala and surrounding areas.
  • For customers outside Kampala, delivery arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis and may attract additional fees.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Kampala City: 1–2 business days.
  • Outside Kampala (within Uganda): 2–5 business days depending on location and courier availability.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise communicated.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges vary based on the distance and order size.
  • Delivery fees are communicated clearly before order confirmation.
  • Free delivery promotions (if available) will be announced on our official channels.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed (unless cash-on-delivery applies).
  • You will receive a confirmation call or message after placing your order to verify details and delivery address.

5. Delivery Methods

  • Deliveries within Kampala are handled by our in-house team and trusted courier partners.
  • For upcountry deliveries, we use reliable courier and transport services.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be rescheduled at the customer’s expense.
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

7. Inspection on Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
  • If there are any issues with your order (wrong item, damage, or missing items), please notify the delivery personnel immediately or contact our customer support within 24 hours.

8. International Deliveries

  • At present, Bloom Wellness International does not offer international delivery.
  • Updates will be communicated when this service becomes available.
