1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Certain products (such as personal wellness items, supplements, and opened skincare products) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used wellness and personal care products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item delivered was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
